SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES
Products purchased from NEK-ONE will be shipped throughout Europe.
The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time of purchase.
It is IMPORTANT that you check before ordering that the delivery details are correctly filled out. In case of mistakes within the delivery information (zip code, city, street, etc.) and the order gets shipped with this wrong information, the modification and reissue of the shipment may have financial repercussions to the customer.
NEK-ONE offers you the following delivery methods:

The logistic company that makes the shipment of your order (in this case GLS) will be the responsible for providing you with a tracking number to the data you provided when you placed your order (e-mail and mobile phone number), so it is important that you ensure that these are correct.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The orders will be sent the day after the reception of the order, due to the loading and unloading limitations. Delivery times are counted from the day the order is sent and is notified via email.
The working days of delivery are from Monday to Friday.
NEK-ONE makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on our website. However, NEK- ONE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or a loss of the package caused by others than the transportation contract, by the user or by unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons of major force. On the other hand, the payment method chosen by you may affect the delivery times (see shipping methods).
In case you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be done together with the carrier and could take several days (the approximate time frame is fifteen (15) working days).
We suggest that when you receive your package, you check that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered, the state of the product or the order was damaged due to transport damage, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Incidence Receipt of the NEK-ONE” order, attaching photographs of the damage or incident and stating your order number. We will answer you by e-mail and give you a solution as soon as possible.

The user has 15 calendar days to return a product if not satisfied. Within this period, you may return the product to us.
The client can hire the transport company that he considers appropriate for the return of the article, being responsible for the goods, so we recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the product. We will not accept shipping due.
The refund of the purchase amount, if applicable, will be made by the same payment method with which the NEK-ONE was acquired.
We suggest that you protect your NEK-ONE(s), as you will be responsible for any damage suffered during transportation.
When the user returns a NEK-ONE in accordance with his right of withdrawal, only the complete products and in perfect condition of use and operation (including all contents of the box, i.e. accessories, cables, and instructions) will be accepted. No items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or deteriorated will be accepted, and they will only be accepted if the use the user has made of the good has been in accordance with its very nature.
The deadlines mentioned above apply from the day of reception of the order.
In case of a refund, if the product is returned within 15 days from the delivery to your home, NEK-ONE will reimburse you by the same method used to make the payment. In the event that such a method of reimbursement is not feasible, NEK-ONE will reimburse you by bank transfer.
NEK-ONE reserves the right to make the relevant verifications of operation of the device to verify the cause of the reimbursement requested by the client.
